Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview
At Jatrapath, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our digital and vehicle services.
2. Digital Services
For digital services such as mobile recharges, utility bill payments (BBPS), and other instant processing services:
- Refunds are generally not provided once a transaction is successfully completed and processed by the operator or biller.
- In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been deducted from your wallet or bank account but the service was not rendered, a full refund will be processed automatically to your Jatrapath wallet within 24-48 hours.
- If a refund is not received automatically, please contact our support team with the transaction ID.
3. Vehicle Paperwork and Consultant Services
For services involving vehicle documentation, transfers, and professional assistance:
- If a service is cancelled before any processing has begun, a refund may be issued minus a nominal administrative fee of 10%.
- Once document submission or processing has started with the relevant authorities (RTO, Insurance companies, etc.), no refunds will be issued.
- If a service cannot be completed due to discrepancies in the documents provided by the user, no refund will be issued.
4. Driver and Vehicle Bookings
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled time will attract a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
